Senior Legal Counsel | International Project at Unilever Spain

At IMAN Temporing, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join Unilever Spain on an immediate basis for a 9-month project, based at their offices in Viladecans (Barcelona), as part of their international Legal team.

What can you expect from this opportunity?

• Hybrid working model: 2 days working from home and 3 days on-site at the Viladecans office.
• The opportunity to work within an international Legal team, collaborating with professionals across different countries and business functions.
• English is the primary working language for this role, including meetings, documentation and day-to-day communication.

Your key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate national and international commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice to different business areas on strategic operations and projects.
• Identify and assess legal risks, delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Support compliance and corporate governance initiatives.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with international teams across Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT and other business functions.
• Manage legal queries and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

What we're looking for

• Law Degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably within a multinational company or a top-tier law firm.
• Solid experience in commercial contracting and corporate legal advisory.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is essential, as it will be the primary working language.
• Native or bilingual Spanish.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
