TECHNICAL SUPPORT (NATIVE DUTCH OR GERMAN)

From Iman Madrid we are looking for a Technical Support with Native Dutch language OR Native German language for an important multinational company.
Some of your daily tasks will be:
• Call taking (email, phone and support ticket system) from end-users.
• Categorizing calls into:
o Change Requests.
o Functional questions (grouping into CR’s, required extra training etc.)
• Solving issues.
• Hand-over and managing issues to Level 2 Support for issues which couldn’t be solved by Level 1.
• Contacting end-users on behalf of Level 2 Support.
• Gathering information about Change Requests received + hand-over to Level 2 Support.
• Maintain FAQ’s and the Support knowledge base.
• Hand-over order related requests to local Marketing & Sales in the country.
What do we offer?
A full time job (39 hours/week) in the office schedule.
Long-term contract, initial contract will be trough a HR employment agency (ETT).
Incorporation is foreseen for this month - you will be fully WORKING FROM HOME (the company provides you with the equipment).
Salary up to 23K euros per year.
Native Dutch/ Native German+ C1 English level
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written in English).
• Familiarity with Retail ERP systems. Equipped with a “down to earth” mindset.
• Valuable previous experience with of automotive processes.
• Knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV application.
• Knowledge with incadea products.
