IMAN Temporing is seeking Customer Service agents with fluency in Swedish, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:

- To provide customer service support throughout email, chat and telephone contact.
- To answer all questions and claims from customers, as well as concerns suggestions or other formation related to the service (automotive).
- To attend emergency calls from clients who have a problem with their car

What do we offer?

A full time job (39 hours/week) in the MORNING shift (from 8 to 16 hours)

Long-term contract, initial contract will be trough a temporary employment agency (ETT)

Incorporation is foreseen for August, 16 - you will be fully WORKING FROM HOME

Salary according to the Contact Center Agreement wich would be around 16K - 17K euros per year

There will be an online selective training course with a duration of 3 days (scheduled to start on August, 11)
Se valorará:
- Fluency in Swedish
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
