From Iman Madrid we are looking for a Call Center Agents with Native Dutch language OR Native Finnish language for an important multinational company. You will be working as a Customer Service representative attending all the customers and suppliers needs and providing them information.

Some of your daily responsabilities will be:

- Provide information to the clients and answer to all claims, concerns and quetions.

- Providing information to the suppliers regarding orders and purchases.

What do we offer?

A full time job (39 hours/week) in the MORNING shift

Long-term contract, initial contract will be trough a temporary employment agency (ETT)

Incorporation is foreseen for August, 16 - you will be fully WORKING FROM HOME

Salary according to the Contact Center Agreement wich would be around 16K - 17K euros per year

There will be an online selective training course with a duration of 3 days (scheduled to start on August, 11)
