We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative with native level of Hungarian or Bulgarian and advanced level of English and Spanish, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients, a global-leading organisation of technology-driven services. Our client offers comprehensive and innovative packages to their clients when they are on the road - from eCall to a telephone concierge.
- Providing customer service support to clients, throughout email, chat and telephone contact.
- Answering all questions and claims from customers, as well as concerns, suggestions or other information related to the service (automotive sector).
- Identifying needs and new opportunities, in order to offer additional products and services to clients.
- Native level of Hungarian or Bulgarian.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1).
- Availability to full-time in Barcelona.
- Excellent communicational and listening skills.
- Part-time job of 16 hours- Weekends!
- Stable contract and international work environment!
- Schedule: 8 – 16h, Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
- Salary: 8.726 gross Euros per hour + 0.76 plus of languages + Bonus.
- Workplace: Barcelona city.
